Mothman Prophecies - Did anyone here actually like it?

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

I could only watch this first half of it before I was bored to sleep. The second time the wife wished to watch it also. From the beginning, again. It was just one of those bad movie black holes I get sucked into hoping it will get better somewhere down the line and never does.
The most entertaining part of the movie was when a moth made it throu the screen in the window and made me wonder. Thank you moth for entertaining me in my time of need.

I enjoyed researching the legend afterwards more than I enjoyed watching the movie.

I saw in the theatre with my wife. She liked it, I did not.

I agree with Vince. I spent some enjoyable hours looking up Mothman stuff, which linked to other urban legends and other interesting stuff.

Wow 4 for 4. It is a shame because I thought the story line had great potentual if it had been done better.

Its been awhile since I've seen it, but I seem to remember feeling the same way.

If you looked up the legend, you'd see that they did a whole lot more than was already there. The "true story" that inspired the movie more or less consisted of three or four visual sightings of something and a bridge collapsing three years later.

Finally watched it. I was underwhelmed.
