Kicks ass.
This is great mobile gaming. It plays just like the original Doom only with better graphics, more items, and there's a mix of an RPG element in that you level up and can buy upgrades.
Hours of fun can be found here. Each level is rather big and some need to be played through more than once.
The enemies level up just as you do giving the game a good pace. The storyline is a lot like Doom 3's, and is just enough to power you through the game. You'll also find lots of emails and such, ala Doom 3, to help tell the story.
Most of the weapons are back from the Doom series like the BFG, energy gun, chain gun, double barrelled shotgun, pistol, ax, and one other weapon that's a lot of fun and provides some defense.
Sure, it may look and play like Doom 1, but so what? It's on a cell phone! If you're expecting Doom 3 or better gameplay and graphics to be on your cell, well you've got a long wait ahead of you.
This one is worth its price and perfect for bathrooms that have no books.
