Another otherwise fine game is being turned into a flick. Apparently written by the same dude that did "The Beach" & "28 Days Later." This means it'll either completely suck or the sucking ramps up as the film goes along.

Someone wise-ass thought it'd be a good idea to do a Halo flick, due out sometime in 2007.

I like that they plan on releasing the next Halo game at around that time... to F-things up for PS3's release.
I hope this movie doesn't suck. They'd better make it more than just a special effects filled mess.

I thought the releas of Halo 3 was pushed back a year.

I thought the releas of Halo 3 was pushed back a year.
I want my Halo 3 *now*.
After Halo 3 comes out, and drops in price, I'll get my Xbox 360.
Variety goes on to suggest the possibility of the movie being synchronised with the release of a new Halo title during 2007 - a year later than was previously expected, with Bill Gates having previously suggested that Halo 3 would appear as a spoiler for the launch of PS3 in 2006.

I'll get the X-Box 360 right away if eBay games offers a good enough deal. If not, I'm not sure why I'd want it. What games are being released for it that are must buys?
