Spanglish

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Picked this one up, not expecting much. As Adam went on, his movies just weren't keeping pace. But, I still like him. So, I tried 50 First Dates. Was very surprised at how really good it was. So, riding on that, I grabbed Spanglish. Saw some previews, but didn't see anything particularly fantastic. I guess it's cause I just expect to see funny stuff. It's Adam after all. This movie was the most not an Adam Sandler movie he's been in, in my opinion. As my wife said, he really seems to be growing up. Not saying there weren't funny things happening in the movie. There was plenty of humor. But, it wasn't the "Abie Dubie" humor that made him famous. But anyway, I did like watching this movie. Had a hard time figuring out who to vote for. Everyone had their issues and deserved stuff. Excelent chick flick, I'm guessing, and not too bad for the dudes to watch. I'd throw this on the should see list.

Eh...

Good flick, Sandler gets better and better with the acting thing, but I like my romantic comedies with slightly happier endings.

I had fun trying to translate the spanish.

Ahh.

I'd searched, but searched on an incorrect spelling.
