Hell yeah. Plus, if the flooding happens like it's supposed to, it will wipe out a lot of Hippy Democrat areas. That's what I call win-win.

Although this no snow stuff sucks I can't complain about the gas bills I have been getting.

I'm not ready to chalk this weather up to the deadly global warming yet. There were a lot of scientists saying that this winter was going to be very mild due to El Nino again.

Charlotte has had more snow than Toledo so far this winter.

Does anyone remember the global climate fear from back in the 80s? I remember hearing crap like Toledo will have Miami's weather and vice versa. Maybe they were onto something...I need to go buy beach front property in Maine. In 100 years, it'll be the new Miami beach.

So before you opened you mouth, it was 70 degrees here every day.

Since you've posted, we've had a week of... winter.

Don't really care for it.

Freezing-ass rain is falling; trees are icing up. That's bad.

We had frozen trees and power lines for 3 days straight last week. It was like being in a Christmas movie. Espeicially in the morning when the sun is low and the light hits everything just right. Makes for a very different looking world. . . Awesome.

And I mean all that in a very non gay way.

Yeah, I like it when there's a nice ice glaze on the world... specially since here that also means not going to work.

Although, ours all melted away cuz it changed to rain overnight.

The roads were fine the whole time. The weather was such that it was lightly raining right at the freezing point. So, the ground was warm enough to prevent freezing, but all the trees, lines, etc were exposed to the wind, etc and froze. The roads pretty much dried up then, and everything else stayed frozen. Then the temp dropped locking the whole area in a nice shiney clean happy place for three days.

Ok.

I bet the weather's great in St. Thomas...................

Now that hurricane season is over.

My point: I miss the southern latitudes.

I think the weather where I am, snow and all, is nice. I enjoy seasons. Liking warm/hot weather only is a sign of old age. I read "I bet it's warm and sunny in Phoenix". I thought "Sucks to be them."

Enjoying winter in Ohio/Michigan is a sign of mental illness.
