Boring post about my road trip to Memphis last week.

When you were in Memphis, I was in TN & NC. We went to Pigeon Forge, TN last Friday morning and wound up in Cherokee, NC on Sunday night. We got lost on the scenic route through the mountains and saw a Welcome to North Carolina sign and decided since we were already in NC, we might as well check it out:)

Cherokee. Been there. Town was founded on a farmer's private land (with his permission) which made them exempt from President Jackson's Indian Removal Policy.
