Which is why I specifically stated women's suffrage started much earlier in Wyoming and by the time the 19th was passed it was already existant in a lot of states, anyway.
I also used the year 1807 for a specific reason, fyi.

Ok, true story.
Today while history class was wrapping up, I smiled at the teacher and asked her, "so are you ready for a loaded question?"
She laughed and said, "Oh no.... what?"
I said, "Did the rise of Progressivism have anything to do with the advent of women's suffrage movement?"
She just looked at me and said, "Well yes, a lot. We'll be discussing that."

Women do vote for lefties.
Once I was engaged to a solid conservative-Republican leaning woman, and decided I couldn't marry a woman who could vote Republican so easily in good conscience. Liberation would have been fine.
