Lately, Gordo, it sounds like you are becoming a conservative propaganda poster boy. Are you going to change the website to to Damn the Liberal Man?

(Well, you did just turn another year older (99?)people tend to get more conservative as they get older)

I've always commented on current events. Lately I am bombarded with images of Kerry. So I end up thinking about the issues a lot, which is unfortunate for Kerry.

By the way... it's interesting that stating facts can be considered propaganda.

Actually the use of facts is the most powerful form of propaganda. It depends on the subjective interpretation and context you place them in.
Webster's defines propaganda as "ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause or to damage an opposing cause."

I agree that Bush did not act unilaterally. I mean it is a fact that he built a coalition.
I just would like to know in what context and who exactly made the statement "Bush acted unilaterally." Attributing the qoute as a liberal positon is kind of vague. Also I would point out that in order for that statment to be true all liberals would have had to agree to it.

I disagree about "all" being a requirement. There is almost nothing that ALL of any group of more than four people can agree on unanimously. I'd say the requirement would be either 1) over half, or 2) the leadership.

In this case, I've heard it a LOT in the media, attributed to liberal protestors and liberals in hollywood. More than enough to give the impression that it is a general position in the ABB crowd.

If you don't think that statement is a widely held belief, or at least has been in the past, then I cannot debate you.

I'm making these "Shit back in the horse" posts so I can refer to them in the future, in arguments in other places. Then I'll have an easy link when I need to provide evidence when my statements are challenged.

I will agree that a majority or leadership is better than all.

Liberal protestors and liberals in Hollywood usually not the most trustworthy, knowledgable, or reliable sources

ABB crowd?

I am fairly certain I have heard Kerry say we were "alone" in Iraq.

Someone at the DNC (what little coverage I saw/heard) stated that we "acted virtually alone"...
It's not me, it's someone else.
