I just found this picture... this is moments after the President was informed that the hand-off was complete. To me it says "Mission accomplished."

Reason I'm somewhat apprehensive is that if the Iraqi experiment somehow fails, it will be a rather large setback. This almost seems like trying to get that software out before Christmas time. Release at a latter date, but make completely sure you get everything right. Patching foreign governments is a pain in the ass.

I'm really surprised someone on the internet hasn't reposted that picture with a Hitler mustache on Bush and a Stalin mustache on Blair.
