The chain is run by morons.
The article makes a really strong case for my statement. If I was an investor I'd be pissed. Hell, if I was a franchisee, I'd explore legal options.

I eat there from time to time.
The Spicy Italian, toasted, with a little marinara sauce on there and some sweet onion dressing is delicious.

You'd think that having your spokesperson molest kids, finding wood fiber in most of your food, and discovering that your chicken is less than 50% chicken would result in higher sales.
