Spent about an hour on it, could polish it more, but stuff got it in the way, so I'll just post it as is.

Needs some sort of text, describing what's going on, to make it more like a war documentary of some epic event.
"It was cold when I pentrated the space near Uranus. This
morning would
not be wasted. He shot first,
but pounding
away at his defenses with blast after blast of my missles soon drove him into defensive posturing. We both knew who the dominant one was, and when it was over, he was lucky I let him slip away in his little escape pod."

Whenever I hear that song I think of ping pong.
7/10 for the movie, 1/10 for unoriginal soundtrack selection.

Here comes the boom. Ready or not.
I think the music is predicable, but acceptable. Especially for a movie that took an hour. I give the movie a 6 and the music a 6.5 (I wanted more text, or more asplosions, or more drama of some sort)

Indeed, sadly the Laptop is the music Platform while this is the gaming platform, I need a way to combine the two.

Hmmmm ... now I'm tempted to try to recreate in EVE Online the docking sequence from Elite, complete with the proper classical music.
I loved Elite. I see a lot of it in the way EVE is built.

Elite was, imo, the best game ever for its time.
EO strikes me as an evolution of games: MegaWars, Elite, Wing Commander/Privateer, Freelancer...

"Smack My Bitch Up" would be an amusing song for an Eve action video.
Or something from Lords of Acid.

Far out.
TKV, using our old TKV tactics, could take 'um.

Don't make me post pictures.
Hit and fades. Move it, take one out, leave. Repeat.

I get audio, but no video.
Any idea what codec I'm lacking?

I really couldn't get a good grasp on the motivation of the main character. I mean, I see him moving - sometimes coyly through the asteroids, as if ashamed of himself. But then, later, he's shooting missles, turning colors, the center of attention. I think he has deep psychological issues.
Oh, and the dialogue seemed lacking.

I've seen three EVE videos now and in all three I have no clue what's going on.

I had to watch the long one Troy posted in another thread a few times to be able to follow it. He switches views a couple times from his own, to looking at the ship he's shooting and even does a couple missle cams I think. But having played EVE more, it makes complete sense to me.
