I think I might actually be in favour of this, especially since it seems to piss off the DEA, which is usually good. Not like I'm expecting junkies to follow proper procedure or anything, though.

What heroin addict is going to follow any of these rules.

Like if you haven't used in a while use less so you don't overdoes. Or use the same amount because your high will be even better or intense.

If you have to reuse a needle clean it with bleach and water. Or just spend the money you were going to on bleach and buy more heroin.
