That is a ballsy statement and I'm amazed that it isn't getting more press. Perhaps the timing is smart considering everything going on in the Middle East.

Obama would say that he agrees women shouldn't be treated like property, but he doesn't want to meddle.

Interesting. But what do the french intend to do about it. Have police strip them off in public. Or just hand out tickets?
As for having balls. I don't believe it unless they were transplanted.
