I just had a user report to me that his laptop was stolen. I wasn't really concerned as I've had this sort of thing happen before and I'm prepared to get him up and running again quickly.
Then I heard the story...
Apparently, he was flying here from Baton Rouge, LA and just checked it in like normal baggage, not carry-on.
Oh, but it gets better.
He didn't put any sort of lock on the bag.
He arrived here and picked up his bag only to find that it was lighter than normal.
