It does something wacky when you click the quick post button. It works, but it changes the size of the quick post text box.

I installed it today. I like how it converts your history, cookies, and bookmarks from IE.
I haven't had any problems yet. I haven't really seen a difference between it and IE.
I like it so far. I'll try to use it excllusively for awhile to see if I can find something to hate.

Nope. It still doesn't work, even with Firefox. It did install Java 2 from Sun though. SO now I get a box that shows Java loading, followed by a rex-X placeholder where the video should be.

I do notice one annoying "feature" that Firefox has that IE doesn't. If I'm on a page that has links that open in a new window, those links won't work until the page is fully loaded. Might be a javascript thing.

I found something I don't like.
In the IE address bar history, if you choose an address it puts it at the top of the list (until it gets bumped down a notch my the next entry). With Firefox, it won't advance up the list, so each time I return I have to go further and further down the list to reach it.

I notice that too.
I think it loads pages a smidge faste than IE.
I'll be installing Firefox on relatives' pcs during tech support calls.

I read an article today about Firefox that said people were finding it to be incompatible with enough websites that it could cause problems.
True?

Beats me. If I were to run into a site that doesn't work right with it, I've still got IE. But I haven't encountered such yet.
The only thing it doesn't do right that I wish it would is NT Authentication. It won't automatically auth you; you have to type your creds in. We have a lot of web-based tools at work, so I wind up using IE for those.
Also, if you're on a page that uses just Basic authentication, and it times out, IE will keep your creds in the login box if you refresh the pages, whereas FF won't.

I haven't seen a page in the last week or so, since I started using it, that didn't work with FF.

There are a few sites that are in IEs pocket still. MSNBC won't play videos when you are using firefox. Seems like sites playing videos have the greatest problem since alot of them (usually news sites) still check if you have IE and windows media player. But like you said its not like you don't have IE to check on those few places.

In some forums, when you trype with Firefox the text moves past the viewable frame for several words before popping back to the left. That's probably correctable, but I've never bothered.
I really like Firefox. I only used Internet Explorer for Windows Updates.
My wife doesn't like Firefox because she goes to a lot of websites with really funky, non-traditional layouts. The sites perform funky in Firefox. I'm not sure if they work in anything but IE... I don't go to them.
