Pretty interesting. The supported processors (AMD Athlon XP up to 2600 or 3000+) are a lot buffer than what I have now.
It only has two memory slots (supports up a 1GB in each) and two PCI slots, which is typical for a micro board.
Built-in LAN, sound, and video. A CDROM is included.
All in all, you get more than what you pay for.

And why does a full-size ATX chasis have a micro-ATX mobo?
What am I missing here?

I've no idea. At $19, I figgered maybe it was worth it to someone to experiment. Even if just the keyboard and mouse work, then it's a good deal.
By the way, tigerdirect.com has a reputable... ummm... reputation.

Look at all that empty space in the case.
That's just begging to have a porthole and a hampster cage installed in it.

True, $19 not bad for the mobo/case/power.
But until they come out with a matching $19 cpu/memory combo...

If I had to get a micro board, I prefer the larger case. Full sized cases have better airflow, more room to add devices, and a more options if you want to upgrade the mobo.
My friend has a micro case, and the CDROM he got with it was too long. If he tries to slide it in all the way it hits the power supply. So the CDROM hangs out of the front of the case some.

I need a microATX board badly, but I can't float the $90 in rebate monies.
ARG! Teased by a $19 mobo I need and can afford but can't pay for!
I hate rebate programs.
