Just noticed they sell music on the Android Market and many of the songs they offer are only $.49 right now with Albums being $4.99. Not sure if you can move the MP3 off your phone, or if things are limited in any way yet. Haven't bought anything.

They also have a decent selection of free music from 3 different genres. Rock, Country are the other 2 genres. They also have a Free Songs Sampler (some of which duplicate the others).

Today is the last day of the 49 cent sale.
The music is unrestricted MP3 as far as I know. I use Google Music, so it all went to my account in the cloud, and showed up on my phone near immediately.

Yes, it's unrestricted. Once purchased, you can download it from the Google app music web interface thing and save it to your computer. I purchased one of the free songs to test it.

MP3 is an open format. As long as you have physical access to the files you can move them anywhere.

That was the question. . . physical access. At first, it looks like it's streaming only. You have to dig a little deeper to find the download options. Once you know where they are, it's easy.
