This is not news. There were several volunteer groups around the country trying to spread the word to illegals that they did not need to fear being counted because they would not be deported by census workers nor reported to anyone for action. The messages usually also included something about being sure to be counted so that your community could get the money it needs to support it's residents, and other socialist crap like that.
