Seriously at best the kid is just a dumbass trying to stir up trouble at worst he is a racist douche.
But is this really a national story or anything we really need to be concerned with? In the story they talk about looking at store video tape and using facebook and some anonymous tips. The police chief is quoted saying "We got lucky." People must have been really terrified that this scourge would strike again.
