A stand alone, but still related, movie in the Dear Street universe.
The story has the protagonist as the child of a previous installment. Her prom is coming up and she's vying for queen against a batch of mean girls. That's when the killing starts.
It's silly, but fine. They do a nice job of giving you potential killers by giving them appearances and lines to throw you off the scent, but ultimately, the story isn't fancy.
An acceptable horror film, but not one I'll remember in a week.
