Yeah, it looks like a screen cap/still-frame from a video, so feels like they had a lot of other ones to pick from.

It reminds me of our 65 year old exec asst telling me on Tuesday that she deleted dating apps because "there are weirdos on there". She said she was shocked at how many people's pictures were awful.
