Kids last week started using their gang/street monikers.

Ice T. Ice Cube. Vanilla Ice.


These kids yesterday took it a step farther, naming themselves after abstract concepts.

The Weekend. The Dream. Megan Thee Stallion (a personal fave of mine to ridicule).


Kids today just use random letters and numbers.

SZA. 6ix9ine (or whatever that one is).



So what are the cool kidz doing tomorrow?

Like... a person whose identity is just a particular shade of the color blue? Math equations? The smell of barbecue sauce?

Vanilla Ice was never in a gang.

The top female pop artists are all just Firstname Lastname right now.
