While I would never consider this "top shelf" Chinese food, this has become a go to for me during work lunches.

Beijing Beef
Kung Pow Chicken
$9.80 or $10 depending on which one I go to.

I can stomach it, but I've never had anything that I'd grade higher than C+.

Like I said, not the best, but for $10, it's perfect for lunch.
For "real" meals, I hit Hot Sizzlin Wok.
