Took a gamble on this and found it to be an excellent adult animated science fiction show on Max. The first full season (12 eps) is out and it's very, very good.
The visuals and implied evolution and interactions of all the alien plants and animal is really well done.

A cargo freighter crashes on an alien planet and the surviving crew members are scattered across a pretty hostile environment. The show follows the small groups of survivors attempting to make it against the animals, plants, and other things on the planet. The show does a good job of explaining what each group is striving for, and what they are willing to do to get it.
