Google says yes.
The flash point of honey is around 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and it would therefore be classed as a combustible material, similar to diesel or formaldehyde.

I feel like the lack if fumes with honey would stop it from sploding like that.

I guess I was thinking of the "sticks to you and keeps burning" aspect of napalm.
