Frivolous Lawsuits?

Put the "?" in the title because maybe some lawsuits that seem frivolous aren't. Figure this thread could cover both.
Man suing Buffalo Wild Wings because their boneless wings are breast meat, not wing meat.
This sounds absolutely stupid on the surface, but apparently chicken tit meat is cheaper than chicken wings. Thus, the "fraud".
