Books - Commonwealth.... double trilogy. - Peter F Hamilton

Hamilton has been discussed elsewhere, but a search says it was always off-topic in other threads.
Troy mentioned once he liked the original Commonwealth Trilogy, even though it got a little long-winded at times. I had read it too so it was one of those "hey book buddy" moments.
Well there's a second trilogy of that universe, takes place a thousand years later. As peeps are functionally immortal some familiar names pop up, though it is very much its own story. The rare times they mention stuff like "The Starflyer War." you can say OH YEAH I REMEMBER THAT! Kinda fun.
Anyway, this new set of stories is fine. Not amazingly great, but not bad.
