This is a film Val Kilmer made about his life. He got throat cancer and has a hole in his throat now, so his acting days are over.... and I can't decide if this film is his lamenting what he lost, or what. Trying to hold on to something of a creative.
But I do think the secret message is that we find joy and immortality through our children.
