Not much depth here, but it did what it meant to do, I spose. The defining trait of this movie was its stylistic choices, sort of 1960s amped up to 12.
As a writer, there was a bit of a cop-out for the big emotional payoff. They used a gimmick to make it so the movie writer didn't have to write anything actually moving, touching, or clever. It was cute, but I see right through that mess.
It was rated R, and called an action comedy. I have no idea why it was R, there wasn't much action, and I think I almost chuckled once.
