Looks like some sort of alt-history show about the space race of the 60s/70s.
Anyone know how to watch it on any other platform besides Apple TV? Anyone? On another platform?

Watched the first episode. The gist is that the Soviets snuck a Moon landing a month before America did, and it ended up being "Like another Pearl Harbor" on the country's psyche. It's kind of a downer, from beginning to end of the episode.
This is apparently written by Ronald D. Moore, of the rebooted Battlestar Galactica. So far, I'm looking forward to the next episode.

This is a very good show.
I wish they could have gotten Ed Harris to be 20 years younger and resume his role as NASA Flight Director, though.

Now that I'm caught up I did a little forum surfing about it, and it's a highly-regarded show.
Season 3 has been shooting since January.

While sailing the high seas I noticed we were missing:
For All Mankind
S02 E06
I didn't notice it the first time I watched, but then I read about scenes I never saw.

Season 4 just ended. Takes place in 2003. Gore is president, and I think that's supposed to be not-Lee Iacocca in charge of NASA.
I didn't enjoy it as much. Moon and Mars stuff is being privatized....... which now means the show is largely about labor disputes and strikes on Mars. I don't really enjoy that, but I guess it's probably realistic.
Last episode is 1hr 20 of pure tension. I don't quite enjoy that, either. Earlier seasons were about what's good in humanity.... this season was much darker.

I'm now reading other peoples reactions on reddit, they all thought it ended on a much lighter note than I did.
Probably just where my brain is at, tonight. I thought it was tense as hell. And I don't like watching labor disputes over the season. SOme do, probably.
