Whoever it is (prob Russia) are just going after diplomats/intelligence personnel for now, but since they have successfully brought the capability to US soil is seems like they could start going for the leading scientists of future technology: AI, missiles, radar, etc. State level warfare. Spacex security is probably worrying about their egg heads too.

I am so F-ing confused by this one. I thought multiple reports, from our own intelligence agencies, said this was more likely to be hungover diplomats?
It's possible that it's just a super high bar to prove what is essentially an act of war against the US by Russia? And nobody wants that?
