I get the idea of having an artificial "view of a babbling brook" or whatever if you can't have a good outside window view, but I'd appreciate it a lot more if it were a live-view from somewhere in the world, where anything can happen. Make it a hell of a lot more interesting than a loop of nature.

I agree, would be cool. But then it also turns into chatroulette.
