Comedy series, currently on Netflix.
I've heard people talking about this for years, but never got around to it. I understand their last season won all kinds of emmys or something, so I decided to give it a watch.
Just finished season 2.
It's about a rich family that ends up destitute. Eugene Levy and his son wrote and star in it, and it's pretty funny how much alike they look, and how differently they act. I wonder if his son is actual bisexual in real life, because he plays it thick, here.
What makes this show stand out to me is that these fish-out-of-water, formerly STUPIDLY rich rich people actually, in spite of their downfall, actually seem to like and care about each other. There's a certain level of snark in their interactions with each other, but you never get the impression there's any animosity behind their words. They roll with the punches and thrive, as a family.
The show has a good heart.
I'll be watching this one to completion.
