Only been remembering parts of dreams lately. Yesterday was something about being at the beach, and leaving my stuff behind, and then when I came back to check on it, it turned out to be in a restaurant., but still sandy on the floor, with my beach towel there.

I haven't been remembering shit lately. I think poor sleep and high levels of stress are fucking with my happy dream time.

You know, I have given that some serious thought, but life doesn't want me to be stress free unfortunately.

Something about our air conditioner not working correctly. So then I decided to replace our air vents, and I was opening one of the returns, and it was covered in dust. I thought "That's odd, I clean these every year." I opened it up, and there were all these pieces of balloons and strings, and other crap stuck in the air filter. I replaced the filter.

I had been thinking about changing our air filters, and our oldest daughter had a slumber party birthday last night.

I remembered one finally.

Realized I had dreamt a few nights ago about learning the violin. Last night I had a vivid dream about attending college classes on learning the violin taught by a professor I currently have and had once before, but he's a business guy. I was partnered with Dictionary Dave for some project for the class, but had a conflict with another class I was taking at the same time. I don't remember what that class was. Also, the roads were super slick and massive piles of snow were everywhere, so when I was driving to class I was watching accidents happening all around me.

Final kicker is that at class the Two Cellos showed up and were giving me tips.

I was in a college dorm room like room with my family including my uncle George and Christina‘s family as well. We were playing board games and taking pictures of ourselves and each other. But I was using an old-school film like camera not a cell phone. It was weird as I would sometimes take pictures and then the pictures would disappear. And I remember trying to line up a Selfies but there is no view finder or anything to look at for the Selfies because you just turn the camera around. Then, we were playing card games instead of a board game and I was trying to explain to my dad that he had played the wrong card in that the instructions in the card so you can only play it after someone else has played a certain card.

Then all of a sudden we were outside on the hill near a lake that was mostly frozen over but not entirely. I was with one of my college girlfriends who we will call K. K was getting very upset because they were families on the lake ice-skating and sledding but they kept harassing the ducks on the lake. I looked over and saw the parents trying to get their kids near the ducks but the kids didn’t really care. The kids were just trying to get their sleds and skate on the ice but their sleds kept falling underneath the ice. The ice was very thin and things kept going through the ice. Then two of the ducks got really near the shore where we were sitting and I was able to grab one whose bill had fallen under the water and froze. I picked the duck up and flipped its beak with my finger it was able to crack the ice and it was able to start breathing again.

For some reason I would be talking about some thing and then she would suddenly just stop talking. I was also trying to fly a drone of some kind around the area and then we looked around and one of my friends Nicholas said "oh my God look how bad people are flying drones." And realized that there were dozens of brightly colored planes and SpongeBob‘s and other things that people had been flying around that had gotten stuck in the trees around the lake. At one point I told K a story about my “sisters cousins girlfriend,” and realized that my sister’s cousin and my cousin were the same person and corrected myself. And I said some thing about them dating a woman, and K said "what did she go to Bryn Mawr or some thing?" as some sort of lesbian joke that honestly I don’t quite understand. I said no she goes here to UNC.

Were you dreaming when you wrote that?

Also, I wonder if you called her K due to your secret love for Coach K?

lol. I wrote it as soon as I woke up, in order to get it down before it all vanished. And, I only had my iPad around, so I used voice-transcription. I corrected a few things, but not all of them. I corrected a few more, now.

Duke vs UNC, UNC was winning by a little the whole game. Then they fell apart towards the end, and let Duke tie the game and it went to OT. In OT, Duke took over, and was winning 98 - 89 when I woke up. At some point in the game there was a bunch of scuffling on the floor of the game. Turns out some redneck from Arkansas had run onto the court from the stands. It was a teenager, and his whole family was decked out head to toe in Arkansas gear. The family o f 5 was escorted out from the game. Armando Bacot slugged the teen at one point when he was on the court.

Another dream, I’m the passenger in a two seater s ports car. We’re driving somewhere in the Middle East, but an ultra modern place. Dubai, maybe ? We’re going down the highway, and the guy driving keeps wanting to see how fast his car can go. He finally gets it to 200 mph.

I have no known issue with Arkansas. Other than that they failed to beat Duke. I actually have family from Arkansas. It was, I think, inspired by a concert I went to a couple of weeks ago (Ministry), where I saw a few people in head to toe Alamaba regalia. Which, OK, but really odd for a ministry show.

I was in a hotel and I was walking out the door at the end of the hallway that was on the ground floor and I saw a parking lot and I overheard someone getting robbed for some reason I had my gun with me. There was a headline in front of me and then it was night time and I realize there are two people arriving the other person is trying to figure out if I should shoot them or not. He said to take a shot and for some reason the bullet just limped out of the gun and went about 1 foot and fell on the ground. Fortunately did not make a noise, said the thieves did not hear me. They were two guys one was kind of big and white and fat and the other guy was about 50 years old and I couldn’t quite tell if he was Asian or Hispanic. After they rob the guy the older guy ran past the headline and then I realized they were coming into the hotel. I went back into the hotel and ran down the Corredor and then turn down the different hallway. And I saw two police men and told them what I had seen and asked if I should try to shoot the bad people if I see them. They said though. And then walk down this short staircase is more like a half staircase in the hallway, and then turned around and realized that the big fat white guy was at the top. He looked at me I looked at him he saw my gun and then he started to shoot. I raised my gun to shoot as well. He shot me in my left forearm and I managed to shoot him three or four times but he was so fat he didn’t die but he did fall down and look like he was very hurt. Then a bunch of cops were swarming in the area. It turned out that these two guys were crooked cops or something. I talked to one of the cops who was a very attractive female and I asked her if the older cop was Hispanic or Asian. She looked at me and said what you really can’t tell? And then she asked me well what about me what am I? And I looked at her and said oh you are Korean. She looked at me and laughed and said well if you can tell but why can’t you tell where he’s from and then she opened her mouth and made this really big laugh and I realized her teeth were disgusting like one of her molars was about a half centimeters inside of where it should be it was rotated 90° facing inward. And she just kept laughing and we can close your mouth and I just kept staring at that molar.

I could barely remember anything about last night's dream when I woke up other than it was weird/cool.

That cartoon is my normal the past few years.

I had a weird one this morning, but then my wife wanted to have some morning fun, so it;s gone now. Something about trying to learn to play guitar, and for some reason, the chord the person wanted me to play was a “G chord” but somehow spanned like half the neck of the guitar, and I couldn’t get my fingers to do it. So I asked if he had a kid-sized guitar, while laughing, and he gave me a Preskool colored guitar with buttons on the neck to hit and told me to practice it. But that’s all I can remember.
