Her oldest kid is 36 and her youngest is 17. This seems like a life lesson she should have taught them decades ago...
Not it just seems like she's being a bitch.
Perhaps those kids constantly ask for money? In which case, fine, but your poor parenting still led to that.
However, if they don't, and they do work, what the fuck are you doing? If I were them I'd disown her. Not because she isn't leaving me money, but because she's publicly saying they're worthless.
