This is on that pay-to-watch CBS channel but it's also on Plex. New eps air on Thursdays. It's good and has a high nostalgia factor and this group of olds should watch it.

I hear he uses a Surface Book 14 in the show.

How many episodes in Season 1?

So far, 1. I don't know how many there will be.

I'm loving how he's building a new crew.

I look forward to Leisher watching it in 5 years when it ends, so we can discuss it.

*sigh*

Fine. I'll watch it when season 1 ends. Let me know when that happens.

Remember when he said "Make it so". Ya. That was awesome.

Just watched ep 7.

I've seen complaints, "Too fucking slow." I think they're doing a good, slow burn, and building the story. And.... there are hints that they're building to something epic in a couple episodes.

Still enjoying it.

Just caught eps 8 and 9, one more to the season finale. It's been a fun trip getting here, I wish the last ep was out already. Can't really talk about it since no one is watching it, and I feel like I'm all alone in a room and my voice is echoing off the walls.

My wife and I actually talked about watching it. But right now, we're tired at the end of each day, and too tired to watch the show.

I was just told I'm working from home going forward, so I hope that season finale hits soon.

So...is season 1 done?

Yes.

Most kewl kids say it sucked. I enjoyed it because I was there, at the beginning.

I'll begin watching and let you know where I fall.

Just started episode 8. The glowing trampoline scene is easily one of the stupidest scenes I've ever seen.

That being said, I'm enjoying the series so far.

Good, I didn't think it was AS BAD as the reviews I've seen.

I will say they did miss some cool opportunities, though.

Overall, I enjoyed it.

Does it have plot holes? Fuck yes.

Are there unresolved characters/stories? Yes.

Is it slightly cheesy and convenient? Yes.

Still, it was a nice trip down memory lane.

Bad news Gordon.

It might have been 1 and done.

If there is a second season, I'm hearing end of 2021 or mid-2022.

I've heard S2 was approved long ago, but the stupid pandemic stuff puts everything up in the air.

I just watched the first ep of Season 2.

I'd say the best episode yet. Still full of, "Hey, remember THIS person from the show?" This is very much the spiritual sequel to The Next Generation. There's been several serieses since, but this is the most TNG.

But since this is the first episode I guess it's not spoilery to say that since they just killed everyone, I don't know where they're going from here.
