Weird because other studies prove that kids aren't having anywhere near as much sex as previous generations.

I suspect the lack of AIDS deaths in the news has given everyone a false sense of security on unprotected sex. Look at Magic Johnson being HIV positive for how many decades now? I suspect people see it as manageable as herpes now.
