How do you move a certain number of items?
For example: I want to load my ship with 300 Scourge missles to take on missions, but I can't figure out how to seperate them from my stack of 4000.

Thank you.
More questions coming soon I'm sure. Actually, the biggest one I've had is how my Caracal should be loaded.
Right now I've got:
-3 "Makuth" Heavy Missle Launcher I
-2 Compact "Limos" Assault Missle Bay I
-10 MN Afterburner I
-Ancillary Ballistic Screen
-Medium Neutron Saturation Injector I
-Medium Azeotropic Ward Salubrity I
-Shield Boost Amplifier I
-Ballistic Control System I
-Power Diagnostic System I (In this slot I originally had Damage Control I per Troy, but swapped it out as it seemed to need to be activated and I never had to, so I figured the power help would be better?)
So for missions in my Caracal is this what I want?
I'd like to figure a PvPer loadout as well but that can wait until I'm ready for that. (I've got web statsis stuff and jammers and scramblers and stablizers and lions and tigers and bears, oh my.)

Dump the shield amp (ancillary thing) for a shield hardener. I'd go kinetic. Will provide more protection and the right kind. I'd get a second hardener instead of the shield boost amp. Or, maybe a cap booster.
The damage control increases resistance to damage as apposed to healing and stuff. So, it should have been activated any time you were in combat. Not just while you were hurting or something. Some of the better ones give you 50% resist at structure level against all damage types. If things get that bad, it buys you a bit of extra time.

Oh, for PvP, use a blackbird cruiser, or the ferox. Being in a cruiser, you will be providing support for the heavier ships. The blackbird has more support slot stuff. In Troy's case, he runs with a ton of jammers. His job is to keep us from getting hit. While he's in the area, he of course lobs missles. But, his main job is to jam.

On the damage control thing, I had troubles when I first got this ship at maintaining any kind of power levels. So I guess my question is, does the damage control unit eat up power?
I was just about to ask how you use the cap boosters, put they apparently go into a slot?
Are the shield hardeners the orange shield things? I've got hoardes of those.

I don't use damage controls, cuz they eat so much power/cap.
I use 2xBCS and 2xPDU instead.
Upgrade to XR-3200 missile launchers, they are in Oipo. Shield hardener should vary by mission.

English motherfucker. Do you speak it?

Can someone send me a bookmark? I'll travel over by Shuttle to pick the stuff up later. I assume that's the safest thing to do? Or if the trip isn't worth it, I'll try to find some here.
Also, what do I do with a 1st Tier Overseer's Personal Effects? It says to sell it to CONCORD or DED (?) for cash, but how do I do that? Should I also sell all these dogtags, logs, and such?

Logs are crap.
Dogtags should be collected
1st tier overseer - sell it in the market (right-click then sell), or dump in Oipo
BCS = Ballistic Control System (you already have 1)
PDS - Power Diagnotic system
Shield hardeners are the most important thing for missions. I carry 3 on level 4 missions, I would advise 2 for level 3 missions.

Damage controls cost 1 cap per 30 seconds to run. So, virtually no cost as your cap recharges faster than that. As far as fittings, it's 21 CPU and 1 Power Grid for the one I'm mounting. You MUST have these confused with something else. . .
And, there WERE XR-3200's in Oipo. Right up till I got blowed up the other night.
I have some in Torrinos to replace though.
And Leisher, move to Oipo!!! Where are you, and what's keeping you there?
And yes, hardeners are the orange shields.

What kind of system is Oipo? Security? What are the odds I'll be running a mission and get into PvPer battles? I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet, especially since I've been running daytime missions more often and there's no backup around.

Is there a master list for what hardeners to use against the different races?

It's high sec, that's why we're there. Very low pvp chance.
Here's a place with good resist info
Basically, I boiled down what it said into the above.

If it's green with green around it (for those missions that are a jump away) and there's an agent there, I'll move there.
