Chinese fishing fleet is lurking around the Galapagos Islands, according to the scuba diver boards. The islands are expected to be scoured.

IF true...how is this not only an act of war (seriously, not all warfare is direct violence), but how is this not against some global laws? And again, where is the rest of the world to condemn it?

No, but seriously, China is the greatest threat to mankind on the planet.

This was on our local mom board last week. I suggested it was just fake sales for Amazon reviews, etc. Seems to be much widerspread this time around. Fuck China.
Great, so of course there are now people planting the seeds and showing what's growing on the internet.

Remind me how stuff like this isn't an act of war.
Wake me up when the rest of the civilized world and/or the UN actually condemns China and/or hits them with sanctions for this or any of the other crimes against humanity they've been committing.

Yahoo Finance article accuses US of stealing "Chinese innovation".
It sums up with good points about the American education system and our "I want to get rich now without hard work" populace, but the rest...

Is this the first time the theft of IP happened in that direction?

He has some valid criticisms of the US right now, but this action should be balanced with all of the economic restrictions China places on the US that we do not have equality for (much less all the IP theft)

That's my point. You can't title your article that way and then not mention the fact that China is where it is because of rampant IP theft.

China will complain, but will win. They've already got a major foothold in developing Africa, and American supply loss isn't going to matter soon.

The counter to this is that, apart from China, the U.S. is still the largest consumer market. Add on all the other countries involved here and their concerns over China's complete lack of ethic, and this is more than just "a U.S. issue".
Another thing to factor in is that China is rapidly becoming the U.S., in terms of, how their corporate entities do things. IE, manufacturing is being outsourced to other countries in bigger and bigger numbers as China's population is developing a demanding middle class. This same thing happened in Japan when they began dominating the world's manufacturing, and it brought their economy back to Earth.
Eventually the same thing will happen to China.
