Thieves are scum. I don't think I will ever not support the return of public stocks, for such crimes.
And cutting off one-hand-per-offense is an awfully interesting idea, too.

Imagine you are engaged to a billionaire's son. By all accounts he seems like a good guy with a good head on his shoulders. Then one day while you are on a boat with him, you fall into the water. Then he dies horrifically trying to save you.
It always sucks when someone dies trying to save another's life.
Every day, about 32 people in the United States die in drunk-driving crashes — that's one person every 45 minutes. In 2020, 11,654 people died in alcohol-impaired driving traffic deaths — a 14% increase from 2019. These deaths were all preventable.
We need laws banning drinking and driving.

I read a different article that said the driver was in a golf cart doing 65.
As I said, reporters get it about 28% correct.

The suspect, Jamie Lee Komoroski, 25, was charged with one count of reckless homicide and three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily harm, online court records show. Her vehicle was traveling 65 mph in a 25 mph zone, according to Gilreath.

I felt she wasn't attractive enough to bang, so... death penatly. Also, she killed someone hotter than herself, while simultaneously creating a sympathetic story for the surviving husband.
