Great question. Most would say masturbation is absolutely a sexual act, but it doesn't count as "getting laid".

Would a sex doll just be elaborate masturbation or low grade sex? Does it have to be a vagina to lose your virginity? What if your girlfriend only lets you in the backdoor, but does so daily? Are you really a virgin? Haven't we all been with women who were less animated than a sex doll...and quieter?

We might need to redefine virginity and how you lose it.
