That's really interesting. I think I would root for Depp to settle so this all goes away and everyone can move on.

After all, the money means nothing. Getting this win was the vindication Depp needed.

Also Gordon, I had the same thought about her ending up with some non-celeb rich person.

She's probably done as an actress. She had nowhere near the talent that will make people forget she was a bed shitter. Cashing in on her last 30 seconds of fame with a rich person is her last move.

Her lawyers say she cannot afford the $10M, so I think Troy is probably right about the intention of the appeal.

Due to fan backlash there is now lots of talk that Amber Heard's role in Aquaman 2 is going to be recast and reshot. Still conflicting reports, but here's hoping. Depp got 100% cancelled by WB simply because Heard wrote that oped about being abused. Heard was proven to be the actual abuser in a court of law. Let's see how WB responds.

That article doesn't detail all 7, but Twitter is all aflutter with the news.

She's being sued by her insurer.

And she now apparently has 11 days to pay the $10M+ verdict.

Nothing screams equality like refusing to condemn one of your own that commits all the sins you claim to be trying to end.
