Yup. A little bit my entire life without knowing, and then my 30s hit and it’s fucking outrageous now. I can’t even do butter without paying for it.
On the upside, it’s easier to stay in shape now. No dairy left a big hole in my diet.

At least there are pills for it. I've been lactose intolerant my entire life. Those pills didn't show up until the end of high school for me.

I'm kinda, sorta lactose intolerant as well.
I can manage small amounts like cheese on a sandwich, a Dove bar, one bowl of cereal with a little milk at the bottom, etc. However, anything more and I'm going to get a lot of gaming done on my phone...

If it makes you feel better, I can process dairy efficiently and easily.

Same. Age has brought me 99 problems, but milk ain't one.
