MI to put some Medicaid recipients to work

Bill says they must work 80 hours a month to get benefits.
Of course Dems are against it because insert standard "this is an attack on the elderly, children, and minorities" argument here. However, this doesn't apply to the elderly or children. It only applies to low-income individuals who CAN work and applied for Medicaid when MI dropped requirements recently.
