Jury awards $4 to family of black guy killed by a cop in his garage.

Apparently the jury said the cops were only 1% responsible, while the man himself was mostly to blame for the shooting.

But $4? Just say the cops weren't responsible and call it a day. Giving the guy's family $4 is worse than nothing.

Officers said he was holding a weapon, which was later found in his back pocket.

Did he put it there after being shot?
