The question will be who gets found to be ultimately responsible. The driver of the car or the motorcycle rider. Driver (Well, his lawyer) will claim he lost control because he was shocked and scared at the motorcycle driver's assault on his vehicle.

Well, the motorcyclist appears to have fled the scene, so there's 1 strike.

I saw two semis road raging at each other in evening rush hour a few years back in Memphis. That was scary.

Guy attacks car and passenger with sledgehammer.

Hope it was worth it. He's looking at a lot of years behind bars.

The answer is right there in your question. They're teenagers. Instead of driving separately like adults, they pack everyone into one car.

Because only one person could drive after dark and EVERYONE is still trying to get laid. Duh.

Need more info to know if the teenagers had it coming.

Sometimes I think about those videogames where you have weapons on your car/truck, and I fantasize about the end of drivers near me.
