Ranks 420th in Christmas gift spending. My town is ranked 11th.
Detroit is 564th. Out of 570. Flint is last. I guess they blew all their money on drinking water. :\

I think it'd be really interesting to see how the list would shake out if everything was equal.
Does it also include suburbs? People that live in Toledo are some of the poorest in the area.

Right. Given that Thib's city (Raleigh) and my town (Cary), are separate on the list, I'm going to say No. Typically we are included as the same metro area, since Cary is basically a bedroom community for Raleigh/RTP.
