This is interesting to me because of the Netflix show "Slasher" that's on Netflix. This exact thing happens in that. We should ban horror shows and movies just to be safe. You know, for the children.

Whenever I go under a highway overpass, I look for people above it, cuz of crap like this. I remember hearing stories about this happening many years ago.
