We should honestly think about executing these people. If you make a profit by turning someone else into a slave and destroying their life, then die. Seems like a fair trade off to me.

Fun fact: More people are a part of human trafficking rings today than there were ever African slaves in the U.S.

So why does only one of those get all the press, books, miniseries, movies, etc.?

I assume that's rhetorical. If you view "anti-racism" (including the constant noise about "white privilege," reparations, evils of slavery, etc) as a thing that is NOT motivated primarily by concern for the plight of blacks, or even for concern over human suffering, but as a weapon used against "bad whites" by the enemies of bad whites, then it starts to make sense.

In fact, a whole hell of a lot starts to make sense.
