I am now actively looking for the email address for anyone on this page.

I'm thinking Satya (although he might be too high up), Judson, Jean-Philippe, Peggy, and maybe Terry would be best for my plan.

Like I once emailed Michael Dell and got an issue with Dell resolved within a week, I want to reach out to MS to inquire as to why I can't get local representation. I can with Dell, AT&T, Verizon, IBM, CIsco, etc., but not MS.

I've been audited by them twice in two years, I want to know about their new ERP, I'm about to install two servers for the purpose of testing and possibly implementing HyperV, we're a MS shop, and about a thousand more items.

Anyone that can get me a legit email address will be thought of kindly during the Steam Christmas Sale! (Rewards will be purchased based on quality of information and response.)

Rewards will be based on the response I get.

I even talked to accounting and this is NOT something unethical. I'm simply offering a reward for information that's difficult to get. Same thing as buying sales leads. Point being, I might be able to expense the reward, which would mean I'll get you that crazy expensive game on your list.

Best email and response from said email wins.

Still no success in actually talking to someone from MS.

I have a new Dell rep, so tasking her with it.

Dell Technologies World is coming up too. MS will be there.

Maybe I should tweet Gates.

Hello Leisher:
Thank you for reaching out to me, and this is not an audit. This is the reason for my call:
Microsoft is proactively reaching out to small to mid-sized business for the purpose of license verification mainly to provide more support than was provided to such businesses previously. This is by using a process called the Software Asset Management, used to unite people, business operations, and technology to control and optimize the use of software within a company. This is free, is intended to add more value to the infrastructure to businessess, and to provide more options than an audit generally would.
The first step of this involves an online form called a Deployment Summary, which is used to assess an inventory of all software that your business is currently using, consisting of two email messages. The first is the actual link to the form, and the second is a temporary password for accessing the system to complete this form. You simply fill out the quantities within the sections on the side of the screen, and no product keys or serial numbers are required. You can access this form at any time that you wish until it is completed, and you can share the login information with anyone if you would like.
Once the form is completed and returned to us, then following analysis of the data, a Microsoft Licensing Specialist will contact you to assist with questions and concerns related to your software and recommend possible solutions, if any are necessary.
If you would like, I can send these messages to you.
My response was essentially (although written professionally):

Dear MS,

You can call it "license verification", but it's still an audit. You think I'm going to voluntarily jump through hoops for you when I've been trying for years to reach an MS sales rep without success?

Go fuck yourselves.
